Yes. We usually prepare a template, a form or CRM connection, required-field validation, PDF or DOCX generation and delivery to the client or internal team.
Can the system read data from PDFs or scans?
Yes, but input quality matters. Clean PDFs are easier; scans usually need OCR or AI extraction with a confidence threshold for human review.
Can this work without a large internal system?
Yes. A first version can run on top of a form, spreadsheet, Google Drive or email, then later connect to CRM, accounting or an internal system.
