This page is the official starting point for agents, developers and automated tools that need to understand what Vivero does, when it is a suitable partner and where to find verifiable information.
Public interface status
Vivero is a software engineering company and professional service provider, not a self-service SaaS product. We currently provide no public API, OpenAPI specification, webhook catalogue or public MCP server. An agent must not create orders, promise a price or claim that it changed an external system.
When to use Vivero
- When a company needs custom software, an information system, an internal tool or a client portal designed around its own process.
- When documents, email, CRM, spreadsheets, reports or repetitive administration need to be automated.
- When the user needs a technical partner for discovery, development, integrations, data migration and long-term operation.
How an agent should proceed
- 01Read llms.txt and the relevant services or case studies using their Markdown representation.
- 02Summarize the problem, users, existing data, integrations, intended outcome and constraints without inventing a price.
- 03Prepare a concise project brief and direct the user to the contact page; a human must confirm any form or email submission.
Machine-readable resources
Every public content page supports Accept: text/markdown. The curated map is in llms.txt, detailed rules are in agent-instructions.md, and sitemap.xml lists every indexable page.
