Omnia Motors — dealer platform for Honda

Client projectWebAutomotiveCustom softwareInternal systems

For Omnia Motors, one of the larger authorized Honda dealers in Slovakia, we built a platform for day-to-day dealership operations. It manages cars and motorcycles in stock, publishes the offer, powers the model configurator, stores enquiries from every form and controls public website content. The model catalogue is synchronized with Honda data every week.

Context

Omnia Motors is one of the larger authorized Honda dealers in Slovakia. The dealership needed more than a public website: it needed a system for inventory, customer enquiries and current model data without repeated manual content entry.

Challenge

Models, trims and prices change regularly. Maintaining the catalogue and configurator by hand would be slow and error-prone. The original forms also sent only an email; if delivery failed, the enquiry was lost and could not be traced.

How the solution came together

  1. 01

    Unify data and content

We designed a shared model for cars, motorcycles, trims, media and public website content.

  2. 02

    Automate the catalogue

We added regular Honda data synchronization and technical prefill based on model and trim.

  3. 03

    Turn enquiries into workflow

Every form is stored, assigned a status and only then followed by a notification.

  4. 04

    Support daily operations

Staff publish stock, change availability, manage media and process prospective buyers in one place.

Solution

We built a dealership management platform. The catalogue and configurator are filled with Honda data every week. Staff manage cars and motorcycles in stock, publish the offer, update website content and process enquiries in one role-based interface. Enquiries are stored and tracked through to completion.

Outcome

The dealership has one system for its vehicle offer and communication with prospective buyers. The catalogue stays current without manual re-entry, creating a stock vehicle starts with the model and trim, and every enquiry remains traceable.

Automation potential

The same foundation can support further automation, including CRM synchronization, test-drive reminders and automatic publishing based on vehicle availability.

Interface

The platform in practice

Views from the administration interface used to manage inventory, content and enquiries.

Omnia Motors vehicle inventory administration
Stock vehicles are filtered, edited and published from one inventory.
Customer enquiry records in the Omnia Motors platform
Website enquiries remain traceable and move through clear processing states.
Omnia Motors website content administration
Website notices and selected public content can be changed without a developer.
Subscriber records in the Omnia Motors platform
Contacts and subscriptions live in the same operating environment.
Omnia Motors media library
Vehicle and website media are managed in a central library.

What we delivered

  • Automatic weekly Honda SK synchronization keeps the model catalogue, trims and prices current without manual updates.
  • Trim-based vehicle prefill adds technical data and equipment after staff select the model and trim.
  • Every enquiry is stored in the database before the notification email is sent, so a mail failure cannot lose the lead.
  • Vehicle and motorcycle inventory management with publishing and availability states.
  • Honda model configurator with current trims and prices.
  • Media library, website notices and public content management in one administration interface.
